The need

You carry everyone. Who carries you?

Black men in leadership are expected to be the steady one in every room. The numbers show what that weight costs, and how rarely we get space to set it down.

We pour into our teams, our families and our communities. The data says we are running low on rest, on support and on the friendships that keep a man whole.

70.3years

Life expectancy for Black men in 2023

That is 5.5 years shorter than the average for all American men, and among the lowest of any group the CDC tracks.

CDC / NCHS, U.S. Life Tables 2023 [1]
75%

Of Black adults develop high blood pressure by age 55

Compared with 55% of white men. Chronic stress is one of the drivers researchers point to.

Journal of the American Heart Association, CARDIA study [2]
40.5%

Of Black adults with a mental illness got treatment last year

Versus 50.9% of all U.S. adults. Many of us push through alone instead of asking for support.

SAMHSA, 2025 NSDUH [3]
15%

Of American men say they have no close friends

A fivefold increase since 1990. Men with six or more close friends fell from 55% to 27%.

Survey Center on American Life [4]
65%

Of Black professionals say they must work harder to advance

Only 16% of white professionals say the same. The extra effort rarely comes with extra rest.

Coqual, Being Black in Corporate America [5]
3.2%

Of senior leadership roles at large U.S. companies held by Black professionals

In 2026 there are 11 Black Fortune 500 CEOs, a record at just 2%. At the top, you are often the only one.

The gap, in years

Black men live years less. Stress, rest and support are part of that story.

ReGroup cannot close a national gap alone. It can give the men in our circle the time, tools and brotherhood to take their own health seriously.

The solution

ReGroup. A retreat built for us.

ReGroup is a curated retreat and resource company for Black men who lead organizations, communities and families. We create the space to retreat, reflect and return stronger, more grounded and clear about who you are becoming.

Build networks

Ten accomplished men in one circle. Founders, executives and leaders who trade knowledge, open doors and keep showing up for each other long after the weekend.

Rest & rejuvenation

Luxury lodging, chef-prepared meals and protected personal time. No back-to-back meetings. Room to breathe, sleep and simply be.

Facilitated conversations

Bold, honest, expertly led sessions on identity, pressure, healing, family and legacy. A safe circle where what is shared stays in the circle.

Tools for life

Practical frameworks you can use Monday morning, as a leader, a husband, a father and a man. Clarity you take home, not notes you forget.

Why the name

Every great team takes a timeout.

The best teams huddle, regroup and return to the field with direction and unity. Leaders need the same thing. ReGroup holds four meanings.

HuddlePause and gather again, strategize with your brothers, and return with renewed direction.
ResetStep back from immense responsibility to reflect and recommit to what matters most.
ReconnectWith purpose, with men walking similar paths, and with the parts of yourself you put on hold for others.
ReclaimYour time, your breath, your vision, your voice and your balance.
Our mission

To create intentional space for Black men to pause, connect and re-center, equipping them with the clarity, relationships and tools to lead with purpose in their homes, organizations and communities.

Our vision

A world where Black men are holistically supported, emotionally, spiritually and strategically, as they lead at the intersections of legacy, leadership and liberation.
